Lisbon protest

Times are hard in Portugal. Austerity, bailouts, cuts and taxes rising are some of the most common sound bites of the media. The republic isn’t ending in Portugal but today’s the last day its implantation is a national holiday, as it’s one of the four holidays abolished to increase productivity.

In a day which also happens to be the anniversary of Portugal’s independence, seems the perfect time to share some photos from another protest, one of the many that have happened in the last year.
